The 2.5Gbps plan is delivered over GPON as an asymmetrical service, with speeds of up to 2.5Gbps download and 1.25Gbps upload. The 5Gbps and 10Gbps plans are delivered over XGSPON as symmetrical services, providing the same maximum download and upload speeds. All Fibernet Lite plans are provided on a best-effort basis, and actual speeds may vary depending on network conditions, equipment and network setup. For our SME offer, you will need to submit your ACRA file and a completed NLT SME Declaration form.
Once your order is processed internally, we schedule the earliest available date for a NetLink Trust (NLT) site survey. After the survey, NLT proceeds with the Fibre Terminal Point installation upon Business Manager approval. ViewQwest then arranges a date to install the modem and router and activate the circuit. The whole process takes around 16 business working days.
